Full surface 1129 butt hinges are for use on Kalamein doors with channel iron jambs and are applied to the surfaces of both the door and the jamb. 1129 hinges are packed with 1/2 machine and 1/2 sex bolts.

Half mortise B1130 butt hinges are for use on hollow metal or wood doors with channel iron jambs, and are mortised into the doors, and applied to the surface of the jamb. The leaves are beveled on the half mortise version, while the full surface butt style is reversible. All are available prime coated, and fit the applicable dimension templates. Both types use ball bearings for greatest durability under heavier use. B1130 hinges are packed with all machine (24) and half wood (12) screws.
